The Fall Gap

In the fall of 2020, dental practices across the country were facing the effects of early pandemic shutdowns. Because so many patients hadn’t made it to their spring appointments, they didn’t book their follow-up appointments.

To raise awareness, the design and marketing teams at RevenueWell created a special report explaining the situation and providing solutions to help practices get back on their feet. We then promoted the report with a cross-platform campaign, resulting in over 1,000 downloads.

 I was able to develop a look and feel specific to the ebook. I began with the brand color palette and expanded into fall colors to make it more seasonally specific. I also established type guidelines for the ebook and associated deliverables.

 I created the illustrations used through the ebook, using color and abstract shapes to bring the concepts in the copy to life.

 Graphs were vital to the success of the report; the name "Fall Gap" came directly from the data coming out of early 2020 trends.
