Midway, a full-service real estate investment, development, and management firm based in Houston, sought concepting and design for their 2018 annual report.
Focusing on Midway’s growth over the year, I designed the printed report using textural images as backgrounds and property photography as the inspiration, allowing their company data and messaging to be the focus
I had the opportunity to utilize metallic ink throughout the report, combining that with one of Midway’s brand colors to create duotone images.
To mark the launch, I designed a landing page that allowed viewers to download and view the report.
